Posted on 03.03.2010
Yesterday Soulfly set out on the Conquering North America 2010 tour with Prong, Incite, and Rotting Corpse, and it was a killer opening night in San Antonio by all accounts. Four months away from the road and each other, but it still feels so natural to jump back into the action. Bassist Bobby Burns has decided to film and upload an unscripted, unedited tour documentary, and his camera-eye view from behind the scenes at San Antonio's Scout Bar show is now online! Catch it below to see the backstage antics with Rizzo, Joe Nunez, Prong's Tommy Victor and Tony Campos, Incite's Kevin Dis, and road dog Kenny.

Dear Soulfly Tribe,
Right now, Soulfly is in the studio in Los Angeles recording their follow-up to the album Conquer with producer (and former Soulfly guitarist) Logan Mader. Those of you following us on MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, or at the Official Fan Forum probably already know this, but for all the rest of you, consider this your official announcement. Frontman Max Cavalera and bassist Bobby Burns were kind enough to report from the studio with the first in a series of video diaries they'll be conducting over the course of the next month - and in it they spill the beans on a wealth of information about the new release. Watch the feature below to receive a guided tour of the studio from Mr. Cavalera and get the inside track on what to expect!
Much thanks to our friends at Metal Injection for hosting this exclusive! Stay tuned for part 2!
